Project Overview
Verve is a mobile community application built for multiplayer gaming. The product allows friends to create custom rooms using simple invite codes and jump directly into fast-paced matches.
Social gaming requires constant communication. Heavy interfaces usually interrupt gameplay. I solved this by building a rapid messaging system straight into the active match screen.
My design choices focused on keeping the energy high. I mapped a dark interface and applied bright gradients to set the right mood. Users easily switch between the live chat window and their actual game without missing a turn.
The final architecture delivers a fast, highly social experience. It keeps players engaged and playing longer without technical frustration.
